Dr. Marasco's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis.  Our practice provides out-patient health care needs only.  Any patients requiring hospitalization will be seen by the hospitalist on staff and Dr. Marasco will be available for follow up care.  We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.

We are a full-service adult internal medicine practice dedicated and experienced and believes in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your family for all of your medical needs in all stages of life.  Dr. Marasco believes in providing comprehensive health care services to patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. 

Dr. Marasco graduated from Wayne State University Medical School in 1980 and completed his residency at UCLA  and affiliated hospitals in 1983.  Since 1983, he has practiced Internal Medicine in both hospitals and in private practice serving the healthcare needs of his community.    In May of 2010 Dr. Marasco moved his practice to Shelbyville, Tennessee.  Dr. Marasco is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and comes to our practice with years of experience in their area of specialty.
